Our engineering team is continuously following up with the data center, while the data center is coordinating directly with the upstream infrastructure provider. Due to recent public holidays, the investigation on the upstream side is progressing more slowly than usual. At this time, the issue is affecting fewer than 1% of our users.

Our technical investigation indicates that the issue is related to upstream network connectivity between data centers and infrastructure providers, and is not caused by SMS.ir's internal infrastructure.
